Pattern of Complaints: BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning Consumers are indicating issues with online purchases. Customers allege long waiting periods of months to received items or tracking information. Other customers indicate receiving items that are of inferior quality, broken/damaged, or not as advertised. They also indicate items received come with no hardware, or instructions, or manuals. When contacting the company most customers get the round around. Some have requested a refund and the company indicates they will issue a refund but customers have never received it. On March 28, 2022, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints.
We personally had a bad experience of buying and dealing with homary.com website staff. We ordered a bathroom vanity. What we received was not the vanity shown on the website, and we wanted to return it. We had been promised a free shipping label, but never got it. We had to file a complaint against Homary at Paypal.com. The ordeal was lasting for a month and a half. Ultimately, we had to ship the vanity at our expense and got the refund from Paypal. Got our money back less $400.00 spent for shipping. Horrible experience! We will never buy again from Homary!!! Do yourself a favor, do not buy from Homary and homary.com website. P.S. Jason solved my problem and sorted my exchange in under 5min talked to me like he was a human not a robot reading a script, I can't tell you how much I appreciate someone like that. The shop itself seems to have an ok range at good prices. Something that they have, a good range of is smart toilets all seem to be at a very good price points.
Edit : all of the above is still true but the company policy does not match up with UK law on returns. If you do buy any product from this company I would advise having a good comprehension of UK law and be ready to use a charge back to get a refund. Example; ask for refund/exchange, they ask for you to pay to post it back , and that the item needs to be in original packaging in perfect condition, you need to refuse reference consumer rights act. Ask for an email off them with their final stance on the matter and just go to your bank to get the refund. You will find if you do these steps you will either get your refund via your bank, or hormary will give you a massive discount to keep...

I got the 1st part of my order recently (6 dining room chairs), and 1 of the legs for 1 of the chairs were defective. I initially tried calling (they're system is on an automated loop that never gets an actual person so it needs to be corrected), but eventually found the link to email customer service. I wasn't expecting much after my experience calling 4 times with no result. But I was VERY PLEASANTLY surprised when I got WINNIE who has to be they're absolute best customer service representative in the company! We engaged back and forth getting the pictures/videos needed to secure a replacement leg (which I was notified shipped within 2 days!). To Winnie I'd like say your response time was swift, always professional, courteous, and the epitome of what everyone should be able to expect in the customer service world!
