First off, let me say that I work in the auto repair industry myself so it is hard to wow me or impress me. But Ashley in parts and Mike in service absolutely wowed me. I had a blow out on my Volkswagen suv the day after Christmas. And I stupidly left my Jack and spare wheel at home when I was loading stuff up for Christmas and got in a hurry. It was at the end of the day and was able to get a temporary tire on to help me get back home. My suv didn’t like it and would drive. Had to leave my suv with my mom and take her car back since I HAD to be back to open the shop I run early the next morning. Mike and Ashley went above and beyond to help get my suv back on the road with new tires!! Even though I didn’t buy my suv there, don’t service there, and it’s not even a Ford, they helped get it on the road. Ivey Motors was fantastic to work with on trading in my Chevy Colorado for a 2024 Ford F150 Tremor. I called them on Dec. 26th and told them what I was looking for, they found it at another deal, went and picked it up, and had it ready for me to pickup on the 28th, in time for a trip to Houston.
They gave me a fair price, and helped me get $3,500 in rebates Ford was offering, and gave me a fair trade-in value on my Colorado without having to negotiate back and forth.
They had all the paperwork ready for me when I arrived, and it took maybe 20 minutes to do the signatures, and I was in the truck. The finance manager, Chad Scott, was awesome to work with, and helped get me into an extended warranty (at my request) that exactly met my needs, at a very reasonable price.

It filled safety filter full of debris, stranded us for 3 hours, AND we had to pay for Jim Bass to fix. The Extended Warranty wouldn't cover, because it was the FORD Dealership faulty oil change. Said Jim Bass was lying, but Bass had the computer codes and fixed it. Ivey Motors refuses to reimburse the $242 to fix for their inadequate service. Will not do business with a company that will not stand behind their work. We made several calls, but Ivey never returned our calls.
