RTD Auto Repair — Local services in Roberts

We had our vehicle towed there to get fixed. I was told it was okay to use my own parts to fix. It was no t okay, which I get, but I was told they could be used. I was also told they would let me know the progress and when I wasn't called and made aware, I called them. They were angry with me because I was pressuring them. I just wanted answers. I was restated poorly on the phone. When the vehicle was "fixed", I was called and told the price. I asked if the truck started and they laughed and said yes. It Did Not Start and we had to have it towed somewhere else. Spoke to a woman and she definitely had an attitude, and not a good one. She raised her voice and exclaimed, “We are not open on Christmas Eve!!!” That’s fine. I did not have a problem with that. I simply asked if they were open. I did not need or deserve the attitude. They might do great work, maybe. I will never know because I will not spend my money with a place that apparently approves of talking to customers in that manner. Poor customer service...

Made an appointment and they couldn't look at car until 2 hours later. Lady argued with me over the phone. After I was home, my check engine light started flashing.
