Eagle Theater — Local services in Robinson

When we came to the Eagle Theater I was quite impressed. I had never been to Robinson, IL before and the restaurant and smoothie type area were so nice. The staff were very polite and informative. I also enjoyed the variety in options to choose from for snacks. Once in the theater I found that sitting and waiting for the movie to begin was also a whole new experience. I thought it was wonderful learning a little about Robinson and thought it was awesome that different businesses were able to advertise before the movie started. I used to really enjoy going to the theater but unfortunately I will no longer be returning some of my other family will no longer be going as well! They have apparently recently started serving alcohol this is supposed to be a family friendly place and alcohol isn’t family friendly! As an adult who had PTSD AND TRAUMA from things that involved alcohol growing up I don’t allow my children to be around it! But what upsets me more is that a very dear sweet child that had trauma and ptsd from an Alcoholic that just attended the theatre and parents didn’t know they had alcohol the child smelled the beer and caused him to be very upset! I would usually give high ratings for this place but after tonight idk if I will be back 😞 My boyfriend and I where trying to enjoy the movie but due to rude people coming in and out of the theater, people in the theater talking loud, people making unpleasant bodily function noises loudly, and people playing on there phones where not able to enjoy the movie.
