Dollar General — Local services in Rochelle

The female manager in this store is very rude, especially if she has to operate the cash register. She ignores customers ready to check out for as long she can. Then storms up and asks don't you want to use the self- checkout. I overheard her doing this very thing today and then going back to the other employee who was stocking fussing because people don''t "even try" to use it and that her 7 year old is smarter than these people. She acts as if she doesn't have a job in customer service and that she doesn't gets paid because the people of Wilcox County support this store. I personally HATE to go into this store because of her and will go next door to the Family Dollar/ Dollar Tree except for when I know they don't have what I need. 3/2/18 At approximately 10:15 I was passing through Michelle on my way to camping for a week. I stopped in to by propane gas. They sold me a tank by America's that didn't have gas in it. I immediately went back in and told them of the problem. They the store clerk and manager were very rude and uncooperative. Instead of getting another tank and taking care of the problem, they did a refund. I stopped again at a dollar general store near Vienna Ga and purchased another tank of gas and it had the gas that I purchased. The manager really needs some customer service training. Quite frankly, I believe she was being very racist. My being caucasion is probably why! On the otherhand, if I'm wrong, she needs some character building...

The store is so junked up with stock on carts waiting be put on shelf you can't hardly get up and down the isles with a shopping cart some can't get down at all.
