Although she was kind. She was 30 minutes late and didn't answer my calls. I reached out to another braider and she called and begged me to come back. After she started my hair another lady had an appointment and threatened to leave. She ask can she put 5 braids in her hair. She called 2 other ladies and long story short 3 people did my twists which I see she posted with the black and burgundy hair and within 4 days 5 braids fell out and she said come back. Don’t let them braid your hair. I went in to get my hair braided and within 2days my braids started falling out. I called and texted her and she told me she was out of town and will not be back for 2weeks. I asked is there anyone she could send me to to put the braids back in she said no.
