Great Course In Great Condition. I normally go to Saukie Golf course but the other day i decided to go here. It is very challenging and hard for most kids, although for me it wasn't that bad. The Driving range was closed when I went, so there is nothing I can say about that. When I was First Driving into the course, the scenery reminded me of TPC Deere run, it just seemed magical. There are also many practice greens, bunkers, and water hazards. The clubhouse is very large and has a large concession for after your round. Also a big variety of shirts, balls, hats, tees, gloves, and other golf merchandise. The Workers were very nice and kept the course in great condition, although I do have one complaint. When my father and I went in to pay the number seemed very, very high as I have a pass for Saukie and Highland Springs so my father does not have to pay for me. It was at this moment I found out that my father had to pay for me to ride a cart, i thought this was weird. Ovrerall course is very...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBooked 2 consecutive tee times for 2 groups of four 7 days in advance(the furthest you can book out here). When we arrived they had booked all 8 people at one time. At hole one they proceeded to let 4 groups play through and we couldnāt start the course until after 10. The whole front 9 the course Ranger hounded us at every hole to go faster, even having the second group hit onto a green while the first group was still putting. It should also be noted that their driving range was closed due to it raining the previous day. Not their fault but another inconvenience. The beer woman and the back 9 Ranger were delightful but between the poor schedule, rude Ranger, a cart dying on us, and the poor condition of the cart paths and tee boxes, I do not recommend this...

Then; concession manager cancels the daily beer special to try to get more money out of the players who support this event. Such a childish and negative marketing gesture. As more players become aware of this, it will produce negative public relations. As a former owner in the hospitality business,my first guess would be that whoever is responsible for this, must be new to this responsibility of serving the public and surviving/growing market share. Thanks to Todd and all the staff at Highland for their hospitality and great...
