Great people and company to deal with, Mike has taken care of my business for over 15 years. I recently had a problem with optimum dropping my Internet connection Mike was able to determine the problem was a bad F connector Terminator wall plate that had a cracked insulator. Of course when I first called Mike he suggested I call optimum which I did to no avail 4 visits later I called Michael over. Long story short our house needed some wiring replaced RG59 versus RG6 and Mike was able to take care of everything from beginning to end. I'm now able to speak on the phone without dropping calls and use my Internet without dropped packets. My laptop broke a week before the deadline for the filing of tax return. So I Googled a laptop repair guy in Rockaway and a few companies came up. Called the first company on the list. It was a recording and wanted me to leave a message. I didn't wanna deal with any recording. I called the next company on the list and Mike answered. Explained what the problem was and he asked me to bring my laptop within the hour. I am so happy I found him. Since he couldn't fix my laptop that same day, he sent me home a usb with the file i needed for my tax return. My laptop is fix and even made it better. I am am very happy. He is very knowledgeable and a very nice guy. I will definitely recommend him....
