We are all about supporting local business. We chose to buy a pair of work boots from here as the staff and store have always been pleasant. A week into having the boots the seam on the side broke. We went in to ask for an exchange or refund. The experience was awful. I do not like to be in situations where things have to be escalated. The girls at the front are young and I understand not used to being in situations of one like this. We tried to be patient but have to understand this is 200 dollars to just throw away. They said they had to get with Justin to make sure they would even take them back. I called Justin and they said they would and it should not have mattered.
