I never realized I could rate this company! They make the prettiest earrings! People always ask me about them! The main reason I want to comment has to do with an experience I had 2008! One of my favorite earrings had fallen between a drawer and was broken beyond repair. I went to every store that I knew carried that brand so I could buy a new pair with no luck. So I wrote to Silver Forest with a full description of the earring and asking where I could order a new pair. They actually mailed me a new replacement pair of the exact earrings! I don't know what it cost them, but they bought my loyalty forever! I have dozens of their earrings and I've bought them as gifts whenever I see them. We have a brick and mortar store, Mill Creek General Store, in Mt Airy NC and carry the Silver Forest line. I rarely give a 5, just because I think perfection is difficult.
