Started as a good experience, ordered our couch and was told 2 weeks before it delivered. Called again at 2 weeks and told another 2 weeks. Called again and told they sold the couch to someone else and we have to wait yet again. Do not recommend.

Edited to reply: While that is true on a down payment the option was never offered. We did not need to look as the couch part was in stock not the love seat. I highly recommend this place, best customer service! I never really leave reviews but they deserve one. Very nice and friendly and will help in anyway they can.
