Martin is the guy you want to diag and repair your appliances. He's very thorough, he was dispatched after the original repair didn't fix the problem, he tested the part that was replaced and found nothing wrong, after giving him the symptoms and info that I collected when the appliance would fault he knew what to check right away and found the problem, order parts, and scheduled the repair appt. My appliance is working properly now thanks to proper diagnosis and repair. Just to throw in a tech tip, I am an automotive/diesel tech and the best thing we can get from clients is info, when the fault occurs, how often, and if anything triggers it specifically. When I told Martin my appliance would trip the circuit breaker after a certain amount of time he shook his head and said, that tells me a lot, and pinpointed the problem within 10 min. I hired Sears home services to repair our LG refrigerator what we got was a miss diagnosis of the problem which caused a working part to be switched out with an Amazon part (14.98) charge over $600.00 for repair my Refrigerator is broken and I've had to hire a repair shop to fix my refrigerator with original LG parts with cost me another $600.00 I will be addressing this with Sears home services as soon as I get the repair completed.
