Bought 2 dressers and a mattress. Mattress was display model and was in good shape, nothing bad to say about that. HOWEVER... My wife and I bought 2 dressers for our bedroom. At first we had to wait weeks with no contact from store or salesman. After I called them they said they were in. Went to pick them up only to find out one of the dressers had dents and nicks in it. Ordered another dresser and then waited another 2 weeks. I Had to call them again to find out when they would have it. I went to pick it up 1 week after they said it would be in store only to find out that it was relocated to another "warehouse". After they looked for 2 days and said they would call if there was an issue, they called the day i was supposed to pick up my dressers just to say they could find them. This place puts on a smile and is friendly; However, I would NOT recommend their services to anyone. They don't keep in touch after the sale and if your luckier than me...you MIGHT get what you purchased. BUYER BEWARE!

Read moreI ordered a loveseat and it was suppose to be slate in color and a certain brand. We went in to pick it up and when we got it home not only was it the wrong color (light grey) it wasn't even the brand we ordered. So we had to take it back to the store. Since it was a Saturday we couldn't get a refund until Monday when the manager was there. He was suppose to call me Monday morning but I ended up having to call him. He was very rude! All this could have been handled differently if they would have been honest with us before letting us leave the store knowing we didn't have what we ordered. Then the sales lady Vickie ask well want the one you have work? No it will not. How about letting people know you can't get what they want and maybe give them the opportunity to pick something else instead of ordering what you think the customer will like. Honesty is all that was needed in this situation because the man that took it out ask if it was the brand we had ordered and the girl behind the counter replied yes.
