GameStop — Local services in Rockwood

So I go in to this GameStop that I’ve frequented for almost a decade and have never had an issue until today. I asked about getting Pokémon cards for my sons so they could each get the promo card that was being given out for spending $15.00. I was told there was a limit on getting Pokémon cards to 5 per customer, and I was wanting two promos for each of my sons so they would both have one. I was told (rudely) by the employee the system wouldn’t let him allow me to purchase two sets of 4 packs to get the promos for my sons. So I was stuck with one and was informed I could come back tomorrow to get another. Tell me what the difference is doing two transactions one day to get them or coming two different days and doing a transaction each day??? This place has lost my business and I will...

Guy working there is the shadyest guy I've ever seen in a GameStop. I listened to him try to scam an old couple who due to all his attempts to get them to spend more and more left empty handed. He then tried to hard pressure sell a young guy into buying the rewards program which led to that guy leaving empty handed too. Then when my friend was trying to see how many points he had on his account and his phone was lagging, he helpfully said "what's your phone number? I can pull it up real quick!" Well big mistake because he didn't just pull up the account, my friend didn't buy anything but that guy spent the points! Not happy, it's the day before the holiday they're closed now and we just found this out so we have to wait till after the holiday...

The GameStop in Rockwood, TN near the Walmart (in same parking lot) is the 2nd GameStop that I have been too in my Lifetime. There is plenty of Parking including Handicap Spaces, the GameStop is wheelchair accessible. I do not normally go to the GameStop because I have a Gaming Computer and most of my Gaming is done online. However, my Girlfriend's son is bigtime into the Nintendo Switch and GameStop is where they shop for New and Pre-owned games for the Switch. Off course, I spent some $$$ there for the Kids, the Staffer was friendly and spoke with me for a while about the PC Games that are current while the family shopped.
