We were having a graduation party for my daughter and we weren't sure what to do for food. My wife found Pete online. We hoped it would be good. based on his reviews He showed up an hour before the guests to setup, and got to work. He gave us a sample and I knew immediately we made the right choice. He setup and served our guests, and happily chatted with several of them. We ordered a pig, mac & cheese, beans, salad, and cornbread. Everyone loved the food. We brought 50 to go containers, and could have used more. The only thing we ran out of was cornbread; everyone had several pieces. Even after everyone brought food home, we went home with plenty of leftovers for ourselves. My guests commented on how great the food was, and what a nice guy Pete was. I would DEFINITELY use him again for another event. I ate pork leftovers for a week and never got tired of them. I can't say enough about good...

Incredible! Pete catered our friends and family barbecue this past weekend. We are so pleased we chose him and could not offer higher compliments or a better recommendation - he knows his stuff and is a really nice guy!

Everything was amazing and everyone raved about the food. We had a whole pig, cherry smoked chicken and a smattering of sides. The smoked chicken and the honey buttered cornbread were crowd favorites, the chicken was simply the best! We ordered it per his recommendation and I am so glad we did. Almost out did the pork, almost.

Prior to our event, he was very helpful in picking our menu and responsive to all our requests and questions. We didn't worry about a thing - which was key to hosting nearly 100 people at our home - we had no time to worry. He took care of everything.

As a former Steakhouse owner I've had the privelage recently to experience Pete the Butchers product first hand I can say without question his product is top of the line His skillset and knowledge of product is second to none I am very concerned about temperatures of chicken, pork, and beef because of bacteria I was very impressed with Pete's awareness knowledge and practice of these procedures I highly recommend his services for any function you may be planning Pick Pete great guy, also...
