Than Cosmic Cuts is the right place to look! From crystals the size of a dime, to the size of a VW beetle, this company has you covered. They offer a quiz that takes a less than a minute to complete, doing so gives you great suggestions about which crystals will best fit your needs. They also offer an endless library full of informative videos, and well written articles. The articles outline all the crystals they sell, the name of the crystals, where they are sourced from, what the benefits of each crystal will likely be, and they also share a few suggestions on how you will want to use them. It only took one business to ship after I completed my order. My order made it's 1100 mile journey to my front door in only 2 days, so it was very quick. Just seeing their packaging, you know instantly this is a company that gives a poo about their customers. 100%!! Your order doesn’t arrive in a boring old run of the mill poly mailer. As soon as you cut or tear open your packaging you see everything was placed with care and thought. You notice your precious cargo traveled in luxury and was snug as a bug in a rug during it’s journey. Crystals arrive in their own individual zip-lock style plastic bag. Each crystal is paired with a business card sized insert containing explanations of what crystal is inside. The inserts also contain great ideas on how each crystal should be used, and has a photo showing you what you're new addition should look like. To keep you’re new found obsession safe, clean, and all together Cosmic Cuts included ( at no extra cost ) great looking fabric draw string pouches. Packed with the main attraction you will also find a few cards that welcome you, thank you for shopping small business, and thank you for trusting them with your business. Another card talks a little bit about Cosmic Cuts, and the last card found inside is a great reference as to where you can go if you want to learn more about any one of the many crystals that are available. As a customer you'd already be smiling, and would find yourself more than happy with what you just received. You'd probably tell yourself; "Hey self, everything I just received in this shipment went above and beyond any and all of my expectations", and you'd probably say something like; "Man, these cool cats and kittens at Cosmic Cuts went way above and beyond what most other businesses would have done to show they genuinely care about me as their customer." You'd also probably be ready to logon to their Facebook or perhaps even their Google page, because you're totally excited to post a 5-star review for them. However just before you fire up your good old Apple III you discover one more thing.  You realize that the peeps at Cosmic Cuts added one more small, easily missed detail that is more than likely overlooked by customers all the time. The packaging piece de resistance that tops off an already great product, because like the wise women and men who came before us once said, "it's in the attention to detail". Cosmic Cuts' attention to detail comes in the form of essential oil scented packing material, or in my case a lavender scented poly mailer. When you open it up you are greeted with a pleasant lavender aroma that is really amazing and relaxing. I say it's a BRILLIANT addition on their part! Not only does it give you the peace of mind that your precious crystals more than likely experienced a pretty chill journey to their new home, in the very unlikely event you somehow received an incorrect order, you'll be so relaxed and Zen from the lavender you're not going to give two poos about it. You'll just flip what could have been something negative into something positive thinking sweet, I like the crystals they sent me and obviously the ones I ordered weren't meant for me. I have ordered many things from here in the past with no issues. NORMALLY, they ship within 24 hours and my most recent order nothing. The phone number listed is disconnected, no one responds to the emails or chats. Was really hoping to get my order for a graduation gift, but they left me with no choice but to dispute the charge because of the lack of communication. While I understand many things happen in life, but running a business also has certain priorities. I hope all is well with them and I hope they get back on track because their products are stellar. Very happy with service and purchase from Cosmic Cuts. I was looking for an amethyst geode that wasn't too big, but could lay on a desk and hold other crystals on it. I ordered from Cosmic Cuts not knowing EXACTLY what I was going to get, but I received exactly what I wanted. A very beautiful amethyst geode, perfectly sits on a desk and perfect size.
