There was an older lady at the front desk and she wasn't very pleasant to talk to at all... We have a sick calf and told her multiple times it's an emergency but she kept being rude. She wouldn't even give me the number of the vet to me or the route he's on so we could contact them... Also they have outdated plat books from the 60's or older...
