I found Brian as a result of having problems with an older laptop that I could not fix. I searched locally and discovered his computer support and repair business in Rome, Ga. After talking with him over phone, I knew I had found a hidden Gem in the computer business. I set up an appointment and carried my laptop to him. Unlike most computer repair shops he took time when I brought it in to go through a series of dignostic tests and advised me of the issues and a hard drive failure. He was able to retrieve and save the Data files. His recomendation due to the age of the laptop and windows 7 that it would be money best spent on a new and faster laptop with more memory and harddrive capacity. He researched and found all the best deals for hardware and replacement software programs and customized for my needs. During my return appointment to pick up the new laptop, two external drives and accessories, Brian spent another two hours explaining the new features of windows 11 operating system, and other software. Since using the new laptop for a couple of weeks, Brian has tweaked some of the settings and screens for me by remote control.
