Forgot to do this last year lol. But rather than delete the review I wanted to update it to let people know that 1 of the managers (James) reached out to me (actually CALLED!) & it just so happens I was flying through Detroit-Metro a few months later. The manager got my flight info., met me at the terminal with bag in hand for the exchange! THAT folks is how you fix a small, but annoying problem (the t-shirt return, not ME!) with class & excellence!! Well done James & Paradies Lagardere. Look for me the next time I transit through Detroit-Metro, I still need that hoodie in my size. Thank you again!!
Very poor customer service outside the actual Michigan Sports store (excellent in-store service). I spent 3 weeks trying to exchange a t-shirt for a larger size & was willing to pay shipping.
