I normally don’t give reviews But in this situation, I am going to The community here is really nice very lovely and quiet. I will definitely recommend it. But when I come to the building Ryan Home If you decide to live in this community Please make sure you question the agent thoroughly Having an understanding of everything’s Before you decide to purchase a home As what is included and what is not included that you need to add on make sure everything’s is well documented so you don’t get disappointed at the very end But one of the biggest problem that I’m having with my house right now, and at least six of my neighbors included me Is a problem with the backyard When it rains The drainage they have it is not done properly all the water stays in the backyard I understand my house is on the Low level Compared to the house behind me All the water drains In is yard come to my But Ryan Home does not put enough Soil before they lay the grass Whenever I called the warranty Supervisor When he comes out, he tells me there is no issues So when it rain, I need to give it 48 hours for the water to drain from the backyard; even after 48 hours the backyard so muddy I can’t even send my kids in the summer to play in the I don’t know what is the purpose of me And my wife buying the house, therefore I am considering reaching out to the County, see if there’s anything that can be done to force To make Ryan Home do the right things here are some pictures to back...

Do not use ryan homes!!!! At least at Canter Creek..This home we bought has been a nightmare.. from terrible construction.. every week I'm calling warranty department to fix this cheaply built house all the way to the banking and loan officers and the whole process.. it was so many gray areas.. they sold my lot twice.. so me and my fiance owned as well as someone else at same time. During building process. Other person still gets mail here, it was a newly built home.. nobody lived here ..lol how is someone else getting tax mail here for this home....now dealing with taxes and weird mortgage payments.. I must start by saying, my house is NOT complete as of yet I have a few months to go but, from the very start, Sibel has been AMAZING!!! from the very start of this process. Upfront, communication on point and set me up with the best Loan officer ever! We had a little set back but they assured me that we will continue to make this dream a reality. Even with the builder, Sam his communication and follow-up has been nothing but reassuring. I was super nervous about it all but my husband and I trusted the process and still trusting.
