I ordered 66 pieces of O-rings. Unbelievable supply line and easy order. When I came the shipping, the system calculate 11.5lb. I contacted with company and ask what they are made of. No humor representative answered as rubber. I explained why I am asking and he said they would take care in shipping department. They did it. Final bill came they charged 10.24lb. I weight the envelope the O-rings in, it was total 7.5ozs. You shouldn't make money by charging extra shipping charges or you should force to customer for minimum shipping charges you...
