National Trailer Source — Local services in Rose City

Came here from ads on facebook when searching the marketplace for a trailer. They had a large selection to choose from in stock. I purchased a car hauler cash. There was a very trivial amount of difficulty locating the trailer because I was sent to find it on the lot alone and the tag happened to be missing. But overall great service.

I was not aware the truck needed to be equipped with a trailer brake device. However they did have one on hand as well as the wiring adapter for my truck.

The trailer has very minor inperfections such as a spot or two where the paint was slightly bubbled and where something was placed while the paint was wet. However, this is a car hauler and I don't expect either of these hardly noticable imperfections matter much in the long run. But if you're a stickler for things like that make you you look over the trailer.

They tested the trailer lights with me, and confirmed everything worked on the trailer itself.

The price was a bit more than I wanted to spend but also wasn't unreasonable for what I purchased.

After searching for a trailer at the location. We first went to look at a trailer with LQ, roof was all damaged up and of course after sitting in finance the price wasn’t adequate. We then decided to look at bumper pulls, we came across one we really liked with a price tag and model number to match trailer. We then received a phone call stating that they could not honor the price on trailer and someone marked it incorrectly after placing our deposit on trailer. They would not honor their mistake or even negotiate pricing after we mentioned let’s meet in the middle. We will never do business or refer anyone to P&P trailer sales. We do not recommend wasting time here.

Update NTS decided to meet in the middle on pricing discrepancy after numerous phone calls. Finance was a breeze and very laid out. We’re happy with our purchase. I was down there visiting from Albuquerque New Mexico and I was in a hurry to get back home due to everything going on I found their sales on craigslist I went down the check out the trailer it wasn't even ready I even confronted them about it and they said they post things before they're even ready I understood that so I gave them time and I paid cash in hand but when I got home and I fully realized everything a lot of the things were not working and a lot of other things they said they inspected they never did I took pictures of everything And noted everything I feel they took advantage of the situation and the rush I was in I would definitely look into a lot of these reviews I just don't want somebody to be in the situation I am in one of the tires popped on my way home due to it being dry rotted the Department of Transportation is looking in to them selling...
