I'm NOT SATISFIED My grandfather was recently in this particular store and was treated so poorly by the manager. My grandfather had his service dog in the store and the manager screamed at my grandpa across the store to get that dog out of HIS store. When my grandpa tried to show him that his dog was a service dog, he proceeded to tell my grandfather that he could make him leave the store. Corporate has been notified several times and someone finally called her yesterday. The district manager said he would have a sit down with him.
My aunt called the store yesterday and the manager " Willie " laughed at her and said " they didn't do anything to me".

He hollered across the store at my father and asked him to get his "damn" dog out of the store. The dog which is a registered service dog, had a service vest on and accompanies my father to doctor visits as well as all other outings. After speaking with corporate, who apologized for this uncalled for and inappropriate behavior, the district manager was suppose to call and never did. We are now being forced to take this to legal standings. This young man, Willie Williams, manager of the Rosiclare location has caused a huge legal issue for Dollar General.
