My friend and I were looking for a gym and the day we visited, the worker had told me it was $50 per person per month, but adding a guest would be $20 per month and a third guest would be $10 per month. So, we thought it was a good deal and signed up, but the next day they called me to say that it was $50 per month per person flat. I asked for a refund and they said I could come in to process my refund, but when I came in they told me that I couldn't receive one. I finally talked to a manager and they only refunded me the $20 for my friend.
