Seeing my sister cry in the Valley Lakes dressing room was so devastating to see when they messed up her prom dress. Wonder if they have camera’s in there too since the owners said she was so happy. That part you guys didn’t see but who knows if they have camera’s inside there fitting room. And if my mother had the receipt right then and there was because the first time my sister got to try it on, you guys messed it up and you guys said you were gonna fix it and give us back the extra material but instead, you threw out the extra material just to be petty and never fixed the dress just made it worse. And if that little girl is using it as a graduation dress, that is sad because that is meant to be a prom dress but that’s how short you guys made it so it looks like a graduation dress now. This place is disgusting and instead of apologizing for the messed up work you guys did, you guys said it was a scam. And the real SCAMS were VALLEY LAKES CLEANERS! The word spreads around real quick in the round lake community...

I should have read the reviews before i went to this place. Had given them my dress and they messed up, I went and talk to the guy, told him i am not here for money. I wanted him to know that they messed up with my dress but owner wouldn't even listen to me. came home to write a review and saw other people are having same trouble with this place. If there is way to give Negative review i would.

one of the review - I put a jogging suit in to be clean it came back with brown spots on the suit I didn’t have any spots on it before I put it in there I won’t be back there -

I want to say this was a very disappointing experience for my daughter. We took her $600 prom dress to get it tailored there and unfortunately they did a terrible job with it. They left the dress out of sorts and too short. We were also unaware that they go through a third party to get it tailored. The only good thing was they were able to reimburse the money for the prom dress but left us in a rush to find a new dress and a new tailor days before her prom. The fact that they said they were going to donate it to a school all messed up like that was sickening. If there was a zero star, I would give it a zero. I definitely wouldn’t...
