My husband received prices when making butcher date. And put in notes on calender on phone. Not once was told about any changes until after butchered and he questioned price. 15 cents is a lot of money per pound. When I questioned price an employee pointed to a sign behind a window way up high about the change in price. My husband normally deals with this situation but his just had surgery. I went in to read note, to send text to others that had their cows butchered in our group and while I was sending message a big man stood in front of me with arms crossed. I'm assuming owner. He asked If I had a problem and I just said that the price quoted was way different than price we had to pay. He came off very aggressive and started explained of prices of gas and giving employees raises. I can not express how RUDE the owner of this establishment was! The whole process from start to finish was a disaster. -They would not call us back after we called several times and they said the owner would call us when he was able. -Our order was labeled wrong. -When we called back after finding our meat was labeled incorrect, the owner told us on the phone "take your business elsewhere. You're not a big enough customer for me to worry about." -We then drove all the way back to meet this man in person and he was arrogant, rude, and down right disrespectful!!!

I made brats on the stove yesterday and there was an inch of grease left in the pan. It seems like the meat was not trimmed of fat properly.
