I've been waiting for an attraction in NM like this. The coaster had a long wait. Even if you get your tickets online. You still have to wait online to get a wristband and ticket to ride. Then, you stand in another line to ride. The ride up and down is about 5 min. It's a must. I'd go when the weather is fresh, but the days are only weekends in the fall. The food court is good food. I love their lemonade, fresh lemons 🍋 😋. They also have other activities like tubing and zip lining. Great day for the whole family.

I hope one day they can get scanners so that online tickets via cellphones can be accepted and don't need to...

They have a downhill roller coaster, tubing, and a short little zip line. We only did the roller coaster. It’s $25 for one ride one person, but you can get more rides for a slight discount. I think one is enough. If the line is long, you’ll be waiting 30-40 minutes. So if you get three rides, that’s potentially an hour and half of waiting. Just gotta play it by ear. The ride itself is fun, probably 10-12 minutes total, including the uphill. If I were bringing someone to Ruidoso for the first time, I would take them here. Very disappointed, when I first arrived the staff that gave us our tickets were very sweet and kind. But I cannot say the same for majority the rest of the staff. The two men that help you get on the mountain roller coaster were just rude. The zip line was very disappointing and tubing was fun but more for little kids. The staff for the tubing were also rude and passive aggressive. Overall the rollercoaster was the only good part and the staff with their bad attitudes made the experience bad. Spelt $100...
