Worst store ever!!! Incredibly unprofessional staff for the most part, they take the phones off of the hook intentionally so they don’t have to take orders, today after calling 4 times I finally reached the store as well as the dial up tone, she instructed me to call back only to get a busy tone about 5 times in a row, finally I reached the store on the 6th try and I asked if I could order a pizza she asked me to hold on and she must have set the phone on the counter as I heard her ring up about 5 separate people, I also heard other employees talking to customers and each other laughing and joking, finally I hung the phone up and tried calling back about 30 times only to get the annoying dial up tone or busy tone...& things like this happen every day.....Also they are too lazy to bag ice even though they are the only place in town to have ice, the other day I went in and desperately needed some ice to keep some meat from spoiling, of course they had none, so I have a friend with his own ice machine who would have gladly sold me some ice since I was in a jam, I just needed 2 ice bags to put the ice in, simple enough right?? Wrong! When I asked for just 2 ice bagel an employee barked at me that they couldn’t do it, I said what do u mean he said it was inventory and they couldn’t do it, I demanded to speak with the manager to explain that I need just 2 ice bags!!!!Mind you I spend probably 50-75 (sometimes more) EVERY day In this store, not saying I deserve any special treatment, but come on, long story short she was too busy to talk to me and I was instructed to leAve... Terrible service!!! Would not recommend this establishment to an enemy much...

This is a very busy store for a small town because of the oil business in the area. However, the employees aren't able to properly manage a crowded store. They let people cut in line, will help someone else after a customer has already been waiting first. Can't seem to work the Lottery machine. I finally gave up trying to buy tickets last weekend after they couldn't do it after three tries. Just really...
