Lightfoot Cabin is a one in a million place.

My husband and I love to have small getaways. We like to do many small local trips and try out different Airbnb locations. It was our anniversary and we really wanted a romantic getaway. We came upon this lovely cabin and right away fell in love with the cozy feeling and the interior decor of the pictures. Once we reserved our dates, the owners - Chase and April reached out to us and sent a warm and friendly greeting to prepare us for our upcoming trip.

When the day came, Chase and April was very communicative and super friendly. They made sure to be available the whole time in any case that we had any questions before and during our stay. The way to Lightfoot Cabin was a very smooth ride. It was the first time my husband and I didn't get lost or have to take a detour! Once we arrived and parked, the feeling I recall as I step out of the car was how beautiful and stunning the cabin looked. It was as if you were stepping into your own Hallmark movie!

Upon entering the inside of the cabin, the atmosphere was just so perfect for a couple's getaway. Something that really stood out to me and was so memorable was seeing on the kitchen counter fresh local baked cookies that Chase and April prepared and a sweet welcome note for us. They definitely went above and beyond to make your stay so comfortable.

I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who wants a romantic getaway or to experience a moment that you are in a Hallmark movie; this place is definitely it!

This beautiful and amazing cabin was the perfect place to getaway and have some relaxing time away from the busyness of the city. It was exactly what we needed to reset our minds. The entire cabin was cozy and beautifully decorated. We loved everything about it — the swing, the jacuzzi spa, and the secret room. The location is also great. Close enough to Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear towns. It was 11 minutes drive to Sky Park. It was a short drive to the village markets, souvenir shops and coffee shop. The best thing about this cabin though, is the hospitality and great customer service of the hosts. I cannot thank Chase enough for all his help, going above and beyond to accommodate our last minute reservation. If you’re looking for a cabin up in the mountains, look no more, THIS IS the BEST Cabin for your intimate/romantic/reset getaway. Thank you again, Chase and April! We will be back for sure.

Since 2013, we've frequented AirBNBs for work and play. Bleisure is the term these days.. Over these last 10 years, we've experienced a wide spectrum of hosts and accommodations (some a tad scary TBH), and have leaned strongly towards booking with super hosts for our mental wellbeing.
