Snow Valley — Local services in Running Springs

I took my kids here on Christmas Day and I’m sorry to say but it was such a disappointment. The employees there were extremely rude in particular the young ladies. I witnessed them treat visitors so poorly. I also saw an employee threaten to call the police on people who were unable afford fun in the snow, they yelled at the family who only wanted to take pictures in the ice. Shouting “if you didn’t pay for the snow you don’t get to be on it” additionally the people (young lady) restocking the rentals snatched the board from my son. I heard them calling out for the board but my son walked passed her, she followed only to snatch it from behind. The people helping with the boots were kind and patient as were the people cleaning...

It has been less than a year since the acquisition and after 12 years visiting this resort, we are thinking of stopping doing it. The service has gotten worse, treatment of customers is horrible, very disappointing as this was one of our favorite family resorts...

Since the new leadership this place has gone way downhill. Now the park sucks, and overall it seems this place is run by people who have never been snowboarding. Sad to see but honestly I'd just go to...
