I Called Kirk Saturday December 9 And Listed Everything That I Needed To Rent , He Asked Me What Kind Of Event Was I Having And I Explained My Nieceâs Story . Mr.Kirk Gave His Heatfelt Condolences And Told Me He Is About To See What He Can Get Done With It Being A Short Time Frame And Also Gave Me A Time Frame Of When He Will Be Calling Me Back .
Mr.Kirk Called Me Back The Exact Time Frame He Said NOT A Minute After Lol , Some Of The Stuff I Listed (Like Magic Show Involving People) Was Already Booked Which What Was I Think With Such Short Time Frame đ But He Made It His Business To Contribute To My Niece's Party Free Of Charge , He Let Us Use His Gaint Connect 4 & Jinga Which Was A Plus Because It Fit Right In With The Other Activities. Upon Pick Up-I Met Mr.Kirk And His Lovely Wife Personally , We Had Conversation And When I Tell You All They Are Two Of The Most Amazing People Over All . The Condolences , Love , And Support Was So Real And Genuine . I Couldnât Ask For Much More At A Time Like This , What A Blessing To Still Have Good Hearted People In This World đ©”

We called a day prior to the event to confirm their arrival and setup time. Although they had the wrong event time listed (first red flag), we shared the correct event start time and gave them the benefit of our doubts. We asked several times what time we should expect them. The owner, Kirk, insisted everything would delivered in time for our start time - while never wanting to share an actual delivery time (second red flag). Pro Entertainment arrived late- after our event started and after we had already put an alternative plan into action. When they finally arrived, we told them we no longer needed their services as it was impossible with attendees already at our event. Moments later, our event planner got an angry phone call from the owner of Pro Entertainment. He boldly stated they were not late (even though we have several witnesses to their late arrival PLUS photo evidence AND security surveillance of their late arrival, he insisted we were all âlyingâ). Further he made a point to let us know there would be absolute no refund because he was âearlyâ and we âturned services awayâ for other made up reasons. The owner was rude, aggressive and obviously a crook as he made no attempt to correct THEIR mistake.    Read moreDisappointment does not do justice to the extreme dissatisfaction I have with the customer service and lack of professionalism I experienced with Kirk Yates at Pro Entertainment Nashville today. After speaking with our business' Executive Assistant a phone call was transferred to me regarding our Holiday event that was booked with this company. Kirk not only did not introduce himself he immediately greeted me with a hot temper and discourteous manner that was so off putting I had to restart the conversation. It was only after he had cut me off a minimum of 5 times that I was finally able to speak over him to get to the bottom of our situation. The end result was that due to a "typo" on Mr. Yates' end he deemed it necessary to cancel our contract a mere week prior to our event. This service was something that was already widely publicized to our event attendees (a guest list well over 800) that is now business he will not due. The error I refer to is a signed contract, by Mr. Yates, with a time and price that he was not able to fulfill. If you have an upcoming event I will have to strongly advice you seek other venues to ensure that your pricing and timeline are accurate and that the event is actually able to be executed.
