Frontier is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been a customer for 9 years. I pay on time, every time. And for 9 years we have dealt with constant disconnects, literally thousands in a week. The connection will only last for a few minutes then be down for hours. But this short connection allows them to charge me like I had service.
When you call tech support they hold you on the phone for 45 minutes on average so the can "test thing from their end" even though they did the same tests for the same problems 500 times in the past. Not an exaggeration. Then schedule a tech to come out in a month. Still charging for a service you don't get for that entire month. The tech gets there and does nothing. Reboots the modem. Last tech told me fiber would be coming in our area in 2025. So, just wait it out and pay the monthly bill I guess? With a huge jump in the charges I am sure.
Not one tech in 9 years has done anything that fixed the problems. Only a handful even tried to act like they cared. But since I know they have fiber planning for 2025, they will not spend any money to fix what is broken. Want to know why? Because we have no other choices.
