So I will never be purchasing a product from this company ever. Based on the way your employees conduct themselves in public. An employee driving a big truck and trailer stopped at stoplight was way over the crosswalk prevent me from seeing oncoming traffic while attempting to make a right turn. I threw my hands up in frustration which prompted the employee to roll down his window and insult me. I told him there are crosswalks for a reason. When I attempted to inch out further to see the oncoming traffic he lurched forward with the truck purposely blocking my view again. I would not want my employees participating in road rage while driving with your company logo all over the vehicle. I surely will be telling everyone that I know what kind of temperament this place employs and to avoid conducting any business with your company. Worst customer service ever. Ordered a pruning saw. 1 week after I was told it should be in ...still waiting. Wanted to support a local business. Called after a week and was told they would contact me before the end of the business day, which was 20 minutes. NO CALL. Sad. They are a stihl dealer. It is a stihl pruning saw. I can get one online faster. In answer to your response: It was not whether the shipment arrived in a timely fashion. It was the lack of customer service. I purchased a new Polaris 450 ATV from M & M and was very impressed with the experience. Brett was very knowledgeable and flexible, both with holding the ATV until I could get down to Rushford after work, and delivering it. I will only purchase off-road vehicles from M&M in the future.

I appreciate their customer-oriented attitude and lack of high pressure on sales, financing, or accessories. I appreciate them offering options but no pressure. Quick in and out after the test ride, and answered all my questions on maintenance and next steps. ...
