Not impressed with the cuts. We paid for 9 beef to be butchered and the amount of fat and trimmings we had to make was less than desirable. Stew meat was not cut down. Not much organization as far as keeping beef separated from other customers. Our personal customers for our beef were very disappointed. We will be sticking with our regular butcher from here on out, they were just booked 6 months out and we couldn't wait. I guess it will be worth the wait from here on out.
