Elena's Manila Asian Market — Local services in Russell

This store obviously doesn’t want business…the last time I arrived, I was rushed because the person was in the process of leaving (during business hours) and came back in instead. They were obviously wanting me to leave, so I just grabbed what I’d come for without shopping/browsing. Today, I’m sitting here twenty minutes after “opening” hours and the closed sign is out with a note to call someone. I didn’t stay up late after a midnight shift to call and wait for someone to arrive. This location has a wide selection of Filipino food and an overall large selection of Asian food. It has a lot of items you won't find anywhere else so it's a nice place to get some interesting food. It also has frozen and refrigerated items. The prices are a little high although understandable. The parking is also a little tight. The store also seems a little tight but it is well stocked. I've been trying to come to this store for a couple weeks on Saturday but it's been closed. I thought they were permanently closed but I guess the hours are incorrect on here. Not sure, can't get a response from the owner.
