I gave a 1 star because it don't give u the option for 1/4 of a star ...For the past 2 years yes I been struggling to pay my power bill most months . But I do get it paid and yes bout every other month it gets cut off the day before I get paid to be able to pay it. I know everybody has problems and there for mine isn't no more important than anybody elses.But im gonna tell it anyways since this probably will never be seen or read. For the past 2 years I've had to let my 42yr old brother move in with me and my family that has mental health issues which keeps him from being able to get a job or get his license to even drive to look for a job .He has PTSD BAD . AND I DO MEAN BAD. Paranoid sees and hears things. . When he takes baths he has to fill the tub no less than 6 or 7 times . When washing his clothes he has to wash same load 7 or 8 times and same for drying them. My parents think by helping out is to buy him 2 packs of cigs a wee. 3 boxes of cereal and 2 gallons of milk and a domino's medium pizza for him on Fridays pretty much should take care of all and any of his needs. Second I have a 12 year old son and a 10 year old daughter that both are my world. . And look here at old dad .the power gets cut off. 3 days ago. When actually from what I read on line the power company wasn't supposed to cut my power off with the heat advisory this week. But who am I right. Just a father and a brother trying to do his best with what I have. It's not like I owe a huge power bill. $208 and that's with late fees. But with it getting cut off every other month the day before I can pay it which is always on Thursday morning. Adds another $55 bucks. OK that's fine.you know im ok with the past 2 nights here with no power bout to suffocate with a brother that has Paranoid problems that most wouldn't even have a clue about .But to pay my bill this morning then at 11:30am talk to a lady at Franklin Electric in Russelville and she tells me that I gotta pay that $55 connect fee first . So I say ok give me 5 min so I go back on line pay it then call her back to let her know it's paid .She tells me that someone would get right out to my house to turn it back on Well me and my wife get in from work around 6 or 630 pm. And what you know . Still no power. For the love of God please tell WHY IS THAT. I MEAN DAMN ISNT IT ENOUGH THAT THE MAN THAT USUALLY COMES OUT TO TURN IT OFF OR BACK ON KNOWS THAT MY BROTHER HAS MENTAL ISSUES . BUT STILL HAS TO TRY AND MESS WITH HIS HEAD . DAMN PEOPLE I HAVE A HARD ENOUGH TIME JUST TRYING TO TO THE RIGHT THING AND GIVE HIM A PLACE TO LIVE . BUTVLIKE I SAID PREVIOUS IN THIS POST WHO CARES. NOBODY WILL EVER READ THIS ANYWAYS....

They turn my power off two months in a row while knowi g Iam disabled. they knocked on my disabled neighbors door to get her payment I also am disabled they have never knocked on my door they only cut my power off charge me an extra $55 fee which leaves me short on groceries and they tried to tell me they charge my neighbor 20 extra dollars to pick her money up that is a lie and that is also discrimination if they're going to cut off one person's power they should cut off everybody's. They didn't charge her no extra fee today they flatly knocked on her door and took her money and the manager at rest will try to tell me they charge her an extra $20 . I got paid Saturday my power was cut off 10:30 Monday they didn't even give me time to get up there to pay.They are only taking advantage of the poor and those on disability. they should know when you draw $700 a month you cannot save a hundred extra to pay next month's power bill with before it goes over. They will pay for this one day the Bible plainly states do not take advantage of the poor. I will be talkin to a discrimination attorney about this. I had a water leak and there was an additional 2900 gallons of water used , but the leak wasn't obvious to me until I received my bill. The bill was only $51 dollars , I paid $40 last week, and this week I received a letter telling me that I owe $41 additional dollars due to the fact that they sent a reminder of the balance. Wow , and they call extortion a criminal offense, what about this. I work from 6 am until 4:30 pm , and they are closed when I get off , I really don't feel comfortable leaving my payment in that...
