Dollar General — Local services in Rutledge

Very racist , white lady said I was tryna open and steal a item , accusing me of opening a item and when I had show her i didn’t do it and show her the seal was still on , she got even more mad and said I was trying to steal the item and judging me by color and saying she was watching me the through the camera the whole time I got there , even when i using the restroom . She threatened me to call the cops on me if I didn’t leave under couple of mins , she thought I would got scared cause of my color and she thought i couldn’t speak fluent English either , just left cause I felt really uncomfortable and harassed...

Overall, the variety offered at this store is alot better than other Dollar Stores I have visited. However, I gave this store 3 stars because it does not keep the items that are purchased frequently in stock. I go to this particular store because it is convenient and closer to my home than the local grocery stores. Simple items like butter or distilled water seem to never be in stock...

I remember when they first came here around 2013. They have been nothing but great for this small town, and they do a great job of keeping the place running. The service is wonderful, they have a bathroom, the parking lot is in pretty good shape, and they always have wonderful products. I will proudly continue supporting this location, and hope...
