Very poor communication skills. I called twice to get an estimate price to get my car fixed and they said they would look up the parts and give me a call back with an estimate. I called the second time 3 days later and they said they forgot and would get on it and give me a call. 3 more days fo by and I call again, give them my name and what my model my car is and they said oh yea! You were the one who wanted the estimate! Long story short. I canceled my appointment and took it to genes Garage in quincy il and he gave me a fair price with a turn around time of 2 days. I was very pleased with their service. Thank you for your professionalism...
