Beautiful, quiet location that was a perfect spot for a summer wedding. My wife and I photographed a wedding on Star Island in June of 2021. The staff and volunteers at the facility were a dream to work with. The island provided a wonderful backdrop for the ceremony and photos, as well as being a nice get away for all the wedding guests.

We went there for a day via a boat tour through the Isles of Shoals Steamship Company. This is a small but very beautiful and peaceful island to visit. There’s a hotel /cafe to visit, and it is very walkable throughout the island to enjoy the views.We highly recommend visiting this gem of an island.

A great place to spend an evening on a boat. Mooring is a bit hit-or-miss as the balls are either private or the mainland yacht club's. Shoulder seasons its fairly usable and look at the sunset you can get!

We went there for a day via a boat tour through the Isles of Shoals Steamship Company. This is a small but very beautiful and peaceful island to visit. Beautiful island, not enough for a day trip. They chose to shut the snack bar to day trippers because of a conference, very short sighted approach. Only one bathroom for non residents. They will need to provide better facilities. Very unlikely to return. Needs to take of daytrippers as well as conference people. Daytrippers are also likely to spend money. Communication from the island to companies providing tours would mean we could have been...

This island off the coast of Rye NH is amazing. It has plenty of things to do for people of all ages it boasts an 1870s hotel along with some other amazing 1950s cottages.
