If you’re passing through I strongly recommend stopping in. Noticed cattlemen’s beef company on our way to garner state park so we made sure to stop in on our way back to SA. Couldn’t have been a better experience. The couple working was incredibly nice and helpful. For what you’re getting prices were really reasonable and they had a lot of sales going on as well. Everything was really well organized and labeled. All items are individually vacuumed sealed and available frozen which is nice for us to make the drive back to SA. They had all the cuts we find really hard to find. From the ranch to the freezer everything is family owned and operated. Nothing I love more than supporting a business like that, that is also providing an exceptional finished product....

Stopped here a few months ago on my way back from Gardner to San Antonio. I was greeted by the owners and operators, a very nice family that gets quality beef from the farm to the freezer. The quality of beef and the variety of cuts are amazing. Everything is individually vacuumed sealed and frozen which made it very convenient for my trip home. Once home I was eager to get some steaks on the grill and was not let down. Everything was so good I planned another trip with a friend based solely around making sure we could stop in and stock up. You will not regret any purchases...

Stopped here for the first time last month because of the sign outside that said they sold Wagyu beef. I bought 5 steaks (3 different cuts) and they may be the best tasting steaks I’ve ever had.
