My first time here on 1/14, and oh my! I am so pleased! I was greeted upon entering by a nice Spanish lady. (No disrespect if she wasn't Spanish), and then... I was searching for Ingredients to make a dish, being that it was my first time here I struggled to find things, so I walked back up to register and asked the same Spanish lady if someone can help me find things. She asked the perfect question: do u need American Ingredients or Asian? I said Asian, and she said don't worry ill call someone to help you, she said the man that is gonna help me knows every ingredient and where it is. Sure enough, the Asian man who approached me to helped me find all the ingredients definitely knew his stuff! This level of customer service was not expected , I'm very greatful for the help those 2 people have provided me. EXCELENT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! You don't find that these days. Wish I got the names. Just wanna say thanks to the Spanish lady and the Asian man who assisted me. Definitely will be back for future recipe needs. Thank you for the excellent customer service! They both knew their store and Inventory and products on hand very well....

First time shopping here as i saw a Hmong friend share this place on fb. I shop in large quantities as sometimes I stock up for a restaurant if i cant get to the warehouse for supplies. My bill was over 700. The cashier literally did not want to finish ringing me up and said to me that I might not be able to afford it. I was in complete shock as I told the cashier to not worry about it. As I paid for it because obviously I had intentions too. I had to tell him see I told you so. Service is key to any successful business. I hope judgements can be set aside next time you guys do any transaction. Please do some training and do...

Just want to say I just received great service from their employees Wayne and Ginger. They were amazing. Very knowledgeable. I was looking for whole chicken and chicken herbs. Wayne gave excellent service and got me what I needed. Wayne got me 3 fresh chicken hens. Herbs he informed me the timeframe when they usually get it. And Ginger has phenomenal service at the cash register. She checked and made sure the case of eggs I got was the right price. Both gave me great service especially at such an early timeframe that I came in. Thank you Wayne and Ginger and thank you T&Y. May God continue...
