3/28 Editing my review and upgrading to 3 stars based on a discussion with the customer service manager. While very apologetic the below series of events was frustrating and with escalating ammo prices costed me significantly more money to replace the missing cases at this time. I am still only receiving 3 of 10 cases ordered but I have a tracking number for them now and they are on their way. The remaining cases I have either cancelled or are on back order. Had the manager not called to apologize I would have left my original rating but I appreciated the phone call and email follow-up.

3/15 I ordered 5 cases of Federal and 5 cases of Hornady all showing in stock
3/19 I called to check status and was told they had an inventory issue and they had the 5 Federal but were short 3 of the Hornady. They told me if I was willing to accept a short shipment they would send the 7 cases they had. I agreed and she told me everything was allocated to my order and would be released for packing.
3/23 given I hadn’t received a shipment confirmation I called again. This time I was told that now they only had 3 Federal cases and 2 Hornady. When I asked what happened to the Federal cases she said management decided to fulfill another order as they were putting a new policy in place to limit the number of cases you could buy. She once again confirmed the remaining 5 cases were allocated to me and would be shipping.
3/26 given I still hadn’t received shipping confirmation I called again. This time I was told they only had 1 case of Federal and 2 of Hornady but that they were allocated to me and would be shipping. I complained and asked to speak to a manager but they sentMe to voicemail.
I don’t see how they value my business or me as a customer. I guess $2k orders are too small for them to pay...
   Read moreI found a great deal on a firearm and placed an order. The description said it would take 1–2 business days to process, but mine took about 3. I provided my FFL dealer’s info but forgot to send a copy of my ID until a day after ordering, which likely caused a slight delay. After that, it took another 2 days for the order to be marked as “COMPLETED,” but no tracking number was provided, which was weird.
I waited another day, still no tracking info. At that point, it had been 4 days with no updates, so I called. A lady named Heather answered, told me my order had shipped, and said she had the tracking number. I gave Heather the same email I used to place the order, and she said she’d send it to me. I waited 5 hours, nothing. That was frustrating. Did Heather even looked my order up?
So I called the SECOND time. But this time, a different lady helped me and she was much better. I asked her to confirm that the order had shipped, and she did. I requested the tracking number again and made sure she sent it. She was quick, responsive, and helpful. Shoutout to Patricia, she was great.
But it’s not acceptable I had to call them during work hours just to get a simple tracking number…
The firearm arrived early and in very good condition. I’ll give them credit for that—hence the 3 stars. However, the internal parts came extremely dirty. I didn’t mind since I enjoy cleaning firearms, but some customers may not appreciate that. A quick clean before shipping would go a long way.
That said, the Grade 2 Glock looked almost brand new, I was honestly impressed, I had low expectations.

   Read moreDebated between one or two stars for this review. I stumbled upon Officer Store when shopping for ammunition. I decided to buy some ammunition and noticed they had a special or promo with flat rate shipping. Due to this, I bought a rather large shipment of ammunition (nearly $1000).
I received an automated email stating I owed $103.02 for the shipping and my order was on hold until paid. So I had to call them to figure out the issue. I expressed that, although I'd work with them, I didn't feel it was fair to foot the whole bill. The response given was "I'll speak to my supervisor and we will call you back". No call back but I received an email the next day stating I'd either have to pay shipping or receive a refund. Their reasoning was they have a disclaimer that shipping costs can change at any time after an order is placed. I didn't find the disclaimer, but I'm sure it's somewhere, according to their word.
Due to no fault of my own, I was charged an extra $100 for my order with no real/actual customer service from this company. As a current public safety employee, it appalls me that a store named "Office Store" can provide such poor service.
