We owe a huge thank you to Betty at Timberland Frame and Floral for helping make our wedding so perfect! Betty is professional, helpful, kind and creative! Betty quickly understood our vision for our wedding flowers and she exceeded our expectations. She took my ideas and created arrangements more beautiful than I imagined. She was flexible to meet and really took time to listen and give thoughtful suggestions. You can tell Betty is dedicated and loves what she does because her passion and expertise resonate through her work. Betty was extremely accommodating with delivering our flowers to our room at our hotel in Meadville and also to the venue, talk about exceptional service. She was very prompt with deliveries and labeled all the flower arrangements clearly to help keep us organized. The flowers themselves were very fresh, vibrant and beautiful! My bouquet, the bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages among the rest of the flower arrangements were gorgeous and perfect! Betty made two stunning flower arrangements and placed them on white pedestals at the front of the aisle for the ceremony. The flowers were so full, fresh, and beautifully designed. Our guests had many compliments including how beautiful all of the fresh flowers were. Timberland Floral met and exceeded my expectations for a funeral basket of flowers on a very short notice! Our family is from the area but we now live in North Carolina. A former co-worker and friend to a group of us had passed and by the time we found the funeral arrangements it was after hours on Friday evening. I struck out on Saturday at finding anything open that would deliver. I contacted the funeral home in Conneaut Lake and talked to Scott. He told me to call Timberland and talk to Carol on Monday morning just after they open. I did, and Carol answered the phone. I explained everything and asked if she could get a basket together and delivered for the visitation by 11:00. At 9:54 she texted me photos of the basket. Absolutely fabulous! I sent my maid of honor some pictures of floral arrangements I liked and specifically pointed out the long eucalyptus vines that I loved and had her order my flowers. She chose Timerland Floral and I was not disappointed! Especially during Covid when fresh flower supplies were limited. We ordered two boutonnieres and my bouquet (no wedding party due to Covid) and all were wonderful. My bouquet was amazing without being too big and complemented my dress well.
