Green Mountain Geek and Randy Dupre have been nothing short of a miracle for our office over the last three years. Prior to his coming on board, technical difficulties for us were occasions to break down in tears - often. Now, we reflect back on those archaic days and wonder how we ever made it through.

There's nothing Randy hasn't been able to fix when we've encountered difficulties. With multiple businesses in multiple locations, Randy came in and networked all our computers, provided us with cloud backup and security protection, jumps on our computers whenever we have issues, and gets us back up and running in no time, even coming onsite when needed to set up new computers and software.

He's a diligent professional, has never made any of us feel ignorant, and his response time is amazing - even during an emergency 911 situation.
