I have been working from home since mid-March on a small desk someone had given me a few years back. It served its purpose to pay bills and such and it didn't get much use. The last couple of months I noticed my knees were extremely painful. I could barely get up and down stairs. It wasn't until I went on vacation and the pain was gone, that I realized my desk was too small for every day use 10-12 hours/day.
Enter Better Office Furniture. I was on a quest to find a used desk that would serve my purpose, starting with Melissa, checking height measurements on available desks. When I visited the warehouse, Rachel showed me around to look at the available ones. We soon realized they would not fit through my door. All this time, Salena was checking in to see how things were going. When she learned of my dilemma, she was on it in a flash. She suggested a new desk for approximately the same price that her associates could deliver and assemble. I AM MORE THAN EXTREMELY PLEASED. In a day and age when customer service is fading away, this company certainly has an extremely high standard.
