OK so I brought bone out deer meat in to get processed to make summer sausage and jerky. On October 28. The lady that took down my ticket said it would be 2 to 4 weeks at the most. I haven't heard nothing from them so I called them earlier this week. They said we'll be getting to it by the end of the week which makes it 6 weeks. Not satisfied with their service by no means. We had a cow butchered there years ago and we got really good meat back. With that being said we had our 1800 lb cow slaughtered on our property and all the meat was cut into sections cleaned and no bones.
