Lowe’s flatbed distribution center — Local services in Saint Joseph

I'm not wanting to pull a race card, but me, and a Hispanic driver, have been waiting since 4 in the morning to get unloaded my current time is 10:18 am, and we were getting skipped every single time. About 5 or 6 drivers went before us that were white, and that came after us, and mind you, I was an hour before my appointment. 1 star is over complimenting, this place. It needs new management. Forklift drivers are driving around playing red light green light and not unloading a thing except when they see their preference in skin color. Negative energy here and Negative 5 stars if it was possible.......this is a 2nd review since i can't add another and it's 2 hours later and me and the Hispanic driver have been passed over another 3 or 4 times, at this point I'm sure it because of me and the other driver's ethnicity ...

Do NOT come here for delivery (probably not for pickup either) if I can intervene in any way. Zero respect for truck drivers having had to start their STRICT, GOVERNMENT REGULATED clocks that they CANNOT STOP because workers are lazy disorganized or perhaps just stupid. Don't bother showing up early there's no point. We were told by broker to be here a day early or as early as they open the next day, but appt was set for 10am. Guard shack said the quicker you untarp the load the quicker they might be. Been here since 7 AM and they only unloaded 2 trucks by 845 AM and only 2 more since then and it's 1022 AM. There are at least 8 forklifts. Loading and "unloading" trucks. TMC will supersede...

If I could give this place negative stars, I would.

If you're coming here to deliver, make sure you don't have another load scheduled to get picked up that afternoon. You'll be here all day. They will come over, ignore you, put their stickers on your load and you'll THINK you're supposed to follow them to get unloaded...NOPE! They will only talk to you if they need to.

You have an 11am appointment, get here at 1030, unstrap and untarp and all of that, and before you know it, it's 2pm and you're still waiting.

The appointment times here are arbitrary, why make the driver/company schedule an appointment if you're just gonna hold them due to your incompetent employees? Makes no sense...
