I met the warehouse manager after picking up an order for one of their terrific Assortment package deals, to see what they offer be sure to visit their website. I ordered directly from the site and within a day I was called to pick up my order. I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service and the speed of completing the order so soon. When I met Mr. Dave he was the most pleasant and gracious accommodating gentleman I have ever met in his capacity. He knew I was on a fixed income and did everything possible to get me the best value for the money. He was understanding without the judgement I have experienced in many places I have been and no longer go. If you want meat that is fresh, butchered properly with your needs in mind. I drove up from Port St Lucie to try Guys meat for the first time ! The Quality of the meat i have been buying from another store in Port St Lucie has been going down and im now longer happy with this market ! A man at my work told me to try Guys and that there very good so i did .Service was fast and friendly. The only thing i was unable to purchase was a Guys tee shirt for they were all sold out in my size ! So im looking forward tonight to putting my ribeyes on the BBQ and my next visit to pick up tee shirt ! Im now telling all my co-workers and friends to stop buying that dog food in Port St Lucie and get what is promised Guys...

My husband shops at Guy’s frequently. Today was my first time going there with him. The gentleman in the butcher department was so helpful and friendly! He came out to tell us about the wing special; buy one get one free. We purchased the special! The ladies working there are not friendly at ALL! I had to greet the cashier; her response: I am TIRED! I encountered two female staff during my shopping experience. Both received low customer service (cs) marks! Your female staff could benefit from a cs training, from the nice...
