Excellent overall experience! We were looking for a vehicle for our 16 year old daughter and found a car that we were interested in here so we made the trip and no regrets whatsoever. The customer service we received here was top-notch. They reached out to us after hours when I inquired about a car, answering all the questions that I had. We went out and test drove the car and everyone here was so nice and the vehicle we purchased was exactly what they described. We got a great price, safety inspection and very easy transaction. There was an issue completely out of their control and n9 fault of theirs whatsoever but they resolved it immediately and placed customer service above everything. They put my life at risk please be careful here

Took my truck here for an alignment after replacing my pitman arm myself — I know for a fact I installed the castle nut and cotter pin correctly. A little over a month later, I found the pitman arm completely disconnected from the center link. The nut and pin were gone, and the joint was barely hanging on.

If it had popped out while driving, I would’ve lost all steering. When I told the shop, they denied touching it, but that part is directly involved in an alignment. Whether they loosened it or failed to check it, this was serious negligence.

Wow, a solid solid solid place to take your car and get it worked on. I am so thankful for Tony and Joan's care for me and my vehicle. They are very very honest people in my experience. Tony will be open about what you should get done on your vehicle, but he will still understandingly do only what is necessary on the vehicle for the sake of my limited wallet.
