Walking in, we could smell the fresh-backed peach pies. It was like being in grandmas kitchen! From there, the shelves and shelves of unique & delicious jams, jellies, syrups, sauces, ciders suck you in and make it hard to decide and also hard to stop filling your basket! On top of all that, they have fresh produce, seasonal products, and a room full of handcrafted items and walls of unique, affordable ornaments. The people are warm & openly friendly! We love this place! We treat ourselves to a trip over as often as we can! ❤️

This cute little open air roadside market has a wealth of culinary delights inside - homemade ice cream, pickles of all sorts, preserves, jellys, jams, marmalades, sauces, dressings, and more. You want a canned speciality - they have it. They had a lot more to offer; but, I fixated on the impressive selection of canned goods. This is a must stop for road trippers and an easy weekend day trip for locals.

Classic fruit and vegetable stand with flair. Took family here so they could get some local grown peaches. We also ended getting some jelly, jam and a mini strawberry rhubarb pie. They had a great selection of weird pumpkins and last spring there was each to plant flowers. They close in winter. Staff was very friendly and glad to answer all my mother's questions.

I could've spent all day in the jelly/jam aisles! I don't think you could see everything they have to offer in just one day! Fruits, veggies, salad dressings, jellies, jams, compotes, salsas, relishes, snacks, pumpkins, gourds, decorative corn, refreshments, ice creams, and ornaments for all reasons & seasons... and you can even have them personalized!!! I didn't want to forget to add that the people are so nice, it makes you WANT to stick around! Fresh, local, & affordable, are all adjectives that instantly come to mind. I bought triple berry jam, strawberry poppyseed dressing for my parents, cherry poppyseed dressing, and blueberry cheesecake fudge! It is ALL 💣🍑! This roadside store is easy to miss if you aren't paying close attention... so my advice to you is this: PAY CLOSE ATTENTION! YOU DO NOT WANT...

Just north of St Louis, And a quaint ferry boat ride across the river, in Brussels Illinois you will find Odelehr’s roadside market. I stocked up here for the apples, but was surprised at the huge volume of different types of pumpkins and gourds and fall flowers they had. They have all the pumpkins separated out by type. There were orange ones, yellow ones, huge ones, striped ones, and a variety of other different combinations and colors. I did not know there were so many different types of pumpkins. If you’re looking for something a little different in pumpkins for Halloween this is definitely the place you have to stop at. Friendly people, and delicious...

Highly recommend! Quality of fruit and vegetables is excellent and service is just as good. The location isn't that convenient but well worth the trip. The quickest and most interesting route is via ferry boat so make sure and set your GPS to allow ferries. From Missouri, the Golden Eagle ferry has a small charge to cross the Mississippi and from Illinois, the ferry just north of Grafton is free. The drive after the ferry crossing is beautiful. Again, highly recommend and also, there is a great family style restaurant nearby with excellent fried chicken. If interested, check out Whittmond's...
